Our LATAM hub is expanding rapidly, and we are hiring a Talent Recruiter in Buenos Aires to strengthen our network of top-tier technical contractors across the region.
Role Overview
The Talent Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for LATAM-based technical contractors, with an emphasis on talent markets in Buenos Aires, Argentina and São Paulo, Brazil.
You will blend local presence with digital sourcing to build long-term relationships with developers, technical PMs, and other tech talent. This position requires regular in-person networking as well as strong online recruiting abilities.
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel between Buenos Aires and São Paulo is required to attend developer conferences, events, meet candidates, and establish Agility IO’s regional presence and brand as a top workplace for engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle LATAM Engineering Recruiting
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical contractors.
Understand each role’s requirements, timelines, bill rates, and client needs.
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and development managers on hiring priorities.
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Proactively source talent across Central and South America, with priority markets in Buenos Aires and São Paulo.
Build and maintain a regional database of developers, PMs, QA engineers, and other tech talent.
Keep pipelines organized with accurate statuses and notes.
Use creative sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, referrals, events, and targeted outreach.
Local, On-the-Ground Recruiting (40%)
Attend and represent Agility IO at meetups, conferences, tech events, bootcamps, coworking spaces, and community gatherings.
Build strong relationships with local engineering communities, universities, and talent groups.
Increase brand awareness and become the local point of contact for candidates in Buenos Aires and São Paulo.
