Nada offers real estate investment products through their mobile application, allowing anyone to invest in a city's home equity market with the goal of expanding access to real estate wealth.
In 2022, the Dallas-based company Nada approached AgilityIO to design and develop a mobile application that allows everyone, including non-accredited investors, to invest a minimum of $250 in a city's home equity market. In addition to investment offerings, Nada plans to launch debit cards and banking features within the mobile application in the near future.
Starting with our Product Discovery Workshop, we collaborated with Nada's product and marketing teams to identify new core features for the application.
During continuous, time-boxed sprints, our UX/UI designers collaborated with Nada to design and implement new features for the app.
Nada's mobile application allows users to invest in cityfunds, which are real estate investment products that give investors the opportunity to own a portion of a city's home equity market. With Nada, users can invest with as little as $250.
Nada's mobile application not only allows users to invest in a city's home equity market with as little as $250, but also provides access to content related to investment and home equity. The application aims to widen access to real estate wealth and provide education on real estate investing.
With the Nada mobile application, users can easily view and build their real estate portfolio. The app provides detailed information on available investment options and allows users to track the performance of their portfolio in real-time.
Nada officially launched in the fall of 2022 and was profiled on TechCrunch.com for its mission to make real estate investment accessible to everyone and allow them to own a piece of a city. The app debuted in Austin, Dallas, and Miami and Nada is looking to expand to other cities and eventually abroad.
