Workout videos featuring strength training, martial arts, indoor cycling, cardio fitness, and HIIT are available to stream on the new mobile fitness app: Les Mills On Demand (LMOD). Hosting over 800 workouts, Les Mills On Demand is suitable for any fitness level, from total beginner to pro athlete.
Les Mills approached AgilityIO to engage in our full end-to-end software development process. When compared to industry-leading fitness apps, Les Mills lacked common features such: as goal-setting, goal-tracking, and an outdated UI.
While ideating the design process, we focused on keeping a consistent experience for existing users. The biggest challenge we faced was introducing live video streaming and integrating large libraries hosted on Vimeo.
Beginning with our Product Discovery Workshop, we collaborated with Les Mills to identify new core features and explored different onboarding journeys, allowing users to customize their fitness goals.
We created a series of wireframes, designed all new iconography, then developed the frontend and backend for Les Mills On Demand.

Les Mills On Demand motivates fitness enthusiasts to stay on track in over 18k sports clubs across 102 countries. By remaining aligned with the brand's new creative direction, we successfully designed the new Les Mills Workout Plan and revamped the native iOS and Android overall look-n-feel.
