Drum is a new and revolutionary on-demand sales force mobile platform. A three-sided marketplace, Drum connects online brands offering products and services to the customers they want through an on-demand network of freelance salespeople, called Drummers.
From the minds of AgilityIO client and fintech unicorn Kabbage, the mission of Drum is to provide businesses that are not ready to hire a full-time sales team, with the human power to help them with sales. Drum approached us with a need scope, design and develop the minimum viable product (MVP).
We provided a greenfield, end-to-end solution including data modeling, code skeleton initialization, and fullstack development. We also implemented AI-based tools, allowing the technology to analyze the capabilities and experience of Drummers, matching them with businesses looking to retain their services.
We began with an onsite Product Discovery Workshop at Drum's HQ in Atlanta, GA. Our Product/UX Design team worked with Drum’s team to map out features, requirements, and a high level scope for the v1 release.
We then kicked off frontend and backend development, prioritizing key features to achieve our target release date and cost.
